When rolling out a new aiport/handler, Res2 provides a detailed Train-The-Trainer course for the handler's trainers and/or supervisors. In their turn, they will then convey what they have learned to their co-workers.
The training is split into 3 parts, each part covering 1 day:
Core Services: creating a flight, adding a user, manage the routing table...
Customer Services: all functionality related to check-in and boarding
Flight Services: all functionality related to load control
The intuitive iPort DCS graphical user interface is easy to learn. Hence training time and costs are comparatively low. Our experience shows that a end-user can be trained in:
4 hours as a check-in agent (Customer Services)
4 hours as a load controller (Flight Services)
Training can be conducted on site or at the Res2 offices in De Meern, the Netherlands.
