Training

When rolling out a new airport/handler, Res2 provides a detailed Train-The-Trainer course for the handler's trainers and/or supervisors. In their turn, they will then convey what they have learned to their co-workers.

The training is split into 3 parts, each part covering 1 day:

  • Core Services: creating a flight, adding a user, manage the routing table

  • Customer Services: all functionality related to check-in and boarding

  • Flight Services: all functionality related to load control

The intuitive iPort DCS graphical user interface is easy to learn. Hence training time and costs are comparatively low.

Our experience shows that an end-user can be trained in:

  • 4 hours as a check-in agent (Customer Services)

  • 4 hours as a load controller (Flight Services)

Training can be conducted on site or at the Res2 offices in De Meern, the Netherlands.
